Smith and Lasola Visa Exchange Solutions (SLVES) is a Sole Proprietorship officially registered with the Department of Trade and Industry, the main office is located in Cebu City with a Branch Office in Bacolod City. Our organization is dedicated to offering exceptional internship programs that empower young individuals to develop their skills and confidence, enhancing their global competitiveness in the job market.

Cultural Exchange Programs:
Since March 2015, SLVES has promoted cultural exchange through the J-1 Paid International Internship and Career Advancement Training Program in the United States. Our primary goal is to provide international opportunities for young individuals, helping them build bridges toward personal growth and success. We cater to students, recent graduates, and young professionals aspiring to gain international experience in prestigious hotels across the United States.

Program Details:
Our program focuses on professional training for students and graduates in Hospitality Management (HRM), Tourism, and Culinary Arts. Participants receive competitive compensation from host establishments, earning between $11 to $18 per hour. In early 2019, we expanded our offerings to include additional programs such as Study + Work and opportunities to live and work in Germany, Ireland, the United States, Canada, and Singapore.
